To qualify, you must:
1.    Have received this offer directly from Secretlab or Katapult.
2.    Originate a Katapult lease through Secretlab. No minimum cart value is required for this promotion.
3.    Make all scheduled lease payments on time for three consecutive months and remain in good standing throughout that period.
4.    Have an account in good standing at the time of gift card disbursement.

The digital Visa gift card will be emailed by BHN Rewards to the email address on your Katapult lease at the end of the calendar month following completion of the three-month qualifying period. Gift cards must be activated within 30 days of the activation email or the promotional offer will expire.
